Which languages do you cover?
English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. State both the source and target language when you request a quotation. The service pages describe the principal language combinations.
Are you a Chartered Linguist?
Yes. The current CIOL directory records Vadym Rekel as MCIL CL, with Chartered Linguist status for translation and interpreting. The profile and membership number 94280 are linked on the credentials page.
Which Polish sworn appointment do you hold?
The Ministry of Justice register lists Vadym Rekel as a sworn translator of Ukrainian, TP/27/17. This is a language-specific Polish appointment, separate from CIOL membership and the form of certification requested abroad.
Can I commission a translation from London, Malta or Cyprus?
Document translation can be commissioned remotely. The office is in Kraków, Poland. Send the documents and destination requirements electronically; delivery and any paper copies are agreed with the quotation.
Will a certified translation be accepted?
Acceptance depends on the receiving organisation and application route. Provide its written requirements, where available, so the certification statement, translator identification, delivery and any separate formalities can be scoped before work begins.
What determines the price?
Language direction, document length, legibility, specialist content, certification, required copies and deadline. A quotation is prepared after reviewing the complete material and intended use.
What should I send for a quotation?
Complete, readable source pages with reverse sides, stamps and attachments; the language direction; intended recipient; deadline; and delivery requirements. For multiple documents, retain file names and indicate the selected scope.
Can you translate diplomas and academic records?
Yes. Include the diploma, transcript or supplement and the receiving institution’s translation instructions. Names, grades, qualification titles and seals are translated consistently within the document set.
How are interpreting assignments arranged?
Provide the languages, setting, venue or remote format, date, duration and arranging organisation. The mode, required qualifications, availability and preparation materials are confirmed for the assignment.
