Enquiries and source documents are used to prepare a quotation, perform the agreed assignment and handle correspondence. You can contact the office using the contact page or by telephone.

Commission records and your rights
Processing for a quotation and commission is based on steps requested before a contract and performance of the contract. Records required by law are retained to meet the relevant legal obligations, including applicable duties for sworn translation and accounting. Other correspondence is retained for the period needed to handle the enquiry and any related claims.
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on a legitimate interest. The availability of each right depends on the purpose and legal basis of the processing. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
