A direct language route

A direct translation preserves distinctions between Ukrainian and Russian terminology, spelling and quoted passages. For a mixed-language file, identify the passages to translate and any text already written in the target language. Keep attachments in their original order and include the context needed to interpret abbreviations.

What to provide for a quotation
