A verifiable Polish sworn appointment
Vadym Rekel is listed by Poland’s Ministry of Justice as a sworn translator of Ukrainian under TP/27/17. The appointment is specific to that language. A sworn translation identifies the source material and carries the certification appropriate to the commissioned translation.
Certification and intended use
State whether the document is for a Polish authority or for a recipient abroad. A translation prepared under Polish rules and a translation certified for an English-speaking recipient can have different delivery and certification requirements.
What to provide for a quotation
Send the complete document, including the reverse, seals, handwritten entries and attachments. State the source and target language, the receiving organisation, your deadline and whether you need an electronic file, paper copies or a particular certification statement. For a bundle, identify the documents to translate and keep the existing pagination.
A consistent commission
For connected documents, provide the approved spellings of personal and company names and identify earlier translations to be followed. Terminology, included material, delivery and price are agreed for the individual commission.
